1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn/unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

Email info@atmospure.co with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Do not send items back without first requesting a return — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@atmospure.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., opened beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

If unsure whether your item is returnable, please email info@atmospure.co before sending it back.

6. Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the item following the process above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off)

If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, and include proof of purchase.
To exercise this right, email info@atmospure.co within 14 days of delivery.

8. Refunds

You’ll be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return and informed whether your refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact info@atmospure.co
