Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another email once it has been shipped.

We aim to deliver all U.S. orders within 7–10 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions within the U.S., which will be clearly displayed at checkout or in promotional materials.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
